My family had an amazing stay! Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and beautifully maintained, providing a relaxed atmosphere for all of us. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. Enjoying the pools was a highlight for my kids. The beautiful grounds made for a wonderful family retreat. We can't wait to return!

The stay involved a very clean King Room with Sofa Bed and a great location featuring a nice view from the patio. Although the A/C was somewhat noisy, it effectively kept the room cool during the intense heat. However, waiting a long time for hot water in the shower was inconvenient, and there were initial issues with the TV remote that required multiple requests to resolve. Despite these setbacks, the service response to the remote issue was admirable, with a quick resolution.

marriott's desert springs villas ii has a fantastic location with easy access to shops and restaurants. the grounds are beautifully maintained, and i loved the view of the mountains in the morning. the staff was super accommodating with my early checkout request. plus, the seven outdoor heated pools were a hit with the kids!
